Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) — Real Estate
Each of our 5 program tracks requires a dedicated senior expert: Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Fundamentals. You will help design the curriculum, oversee the methodology, and ensure our students are learning exactly what the industry demands today.

Property sales process methodologies, RERA regulations compliance in sales, client psychology and negotiation tactics, and managing broker networks effectively.
Apply NowTrainer / Faculty — Site Operations
Direct experience with project coordination, residential/commercial construction lifecycles, contractor management, site safety protocols, and using Gantt/scheduling tools.
Apply NowTrainer / Faculty — Legal & Documentation
Deep understanding of real property law, execution of sale deeds, RERA Act intricacies, agreement drafting, corporate due diligence, and stamp duty implications.

Mastery over high-volume real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), Meta/Google Ads for high-ticket property, CRM tools management, and complex lead funnels.

We are always looking for active real estate professionals—builders, investors, brokers, and architects—who can be brought in for live sessions, guest lectures, and guided site visits to share their real-world experiences.
